Thanks so much for the recipe - we made it last week and it was so incredibly EASY!!! I actually had shy'd away from Indian food b/c I thought it would be time consuming and difficult. But this was SO fast. I didn't have all the ingredients, but made do with what I had.

Going to Indian market soon to stock up on the rest of my Indian spice stash.
